Baby Shower at the Grandparents - An event where family shows support to the parents and shower little Mina girl with presents from dear friends and family
Being our first grand child - the Abeel family shakes things up by not having the typical traditional shower namely before the baby was born. Instead we waited until after Mina was born. It's a fun chance for our dear family friends and the rest of the family to be introduced to Mina.
Mina enjoyed being passed around the room (at least we suspect she did as she didn't complain one bit) as we all cooed and awed making perfect fools of ourselves and loving every bit of it. By the way, did I mention how good Mina's personality is - she is so happy and content. Pat - Desiree's mom also had the chance to come and join in the celebration.
